Returns and refunds
How do I return my items ?
1. Contact our customer services and fill out the Contact form, subject « Return an item ». Specify your order number.
2. Cabeceo will send you your return label by mail.
3. Stick your label on the package.
4. Drop your package at a « point relais »
5. You will receive a notification when we collect the package.
As long as all the agreements listed in the Terms & conditions are respected, Cabeceo will bear the costs of return and will reimburse the client of all sums paid. The reimbursement will be performed within 10 days from the reception of the returned good by Cabeceo.
