The Game is not sponsored or operated by Instagram. Consequently, all comments, questions or complaints concerning the Game must be sent to the Organizing Company and not to Instagram. The information communicated by the participants is provided to the Organizing Company and not to Instagram.

Article 2 - PARTICIPATION

2.1. Access to the Game

The Game is open to any adult natural person residing in Western Europe (hereinafter the " Regular  »), With the exception of staff members of the structures organizing the Game, and any person who participated directly or indirectly in its organization or implementation.

Participation in the Game is via the Cabeceo Page only. As such, the Participant must have an internet connection and an Instagram account. No registration can be done by phone, fax, post or email.

".

The sole winner will be drawn on July 9, 2021 on Instagram and will be entitled to an endowment under the conditions referred to in article 4 of these regulations.

2.3. Validity of participation.

It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the features of the Game, in order to modify the results or to influence by an automated and / or unfair means the designation of a winner.

Each Participant is prohibited from resorting, directly or indirectly, to any method of interrogation or systematized request from the Instagram social network.

Article 3 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS - ALLOCATION OF PRIZES

3.2. Allocation of the endowment

Each winner must, by returning to this private message, and this within 15 (fifteen) days of the dispatch by the Organizing Company of the message confirming the win, indicate a date for the private online session or at the Petit Salon Cabeceo (cf. article 4 below) and communicate their postal address (surname, first name and postal address) in order to be able to receive the consignment.

The silence of the winner within the aforementioned period will constitute outright waiver of his prize.

The prize will be sent by post within 4 to 8 weeks of the creation of the shoe.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending the prize to an incorrect address due to an error that the winner has made in indicating his postal address.

Article 4 - PROVISIONS

• the transmission and / or reception of any data and / or information on the Internet;
• any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the smooth running or functioning of the Game;
• failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;

• routing problems;

• the consequences of any virus, computer anomaly, technical failure;
• any damage caused to a Participant's computer or smartphone;

It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction whatsoever, a suspension or the end of the Game, and this for any reason. whether, or any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to Instagram. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to Instagram as well as their participation in the Game is done under their full responsibility.

Article 7 - ACCESS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS - MODIFICATIONS

7.3. Modifications

The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the Game at any time, and in particular in the event of force majeure, without any compensation being claimed by the Participants.

Article 8 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

THIS REGULATION IS SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW.

ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OR INTERPRETATION OF THIS REGULATION WILL COME, Failing amicable settlement between the parties, within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
