What is the delivery delay ?

Our shoes are delivered on average between 2 and 4 days.

Before the shoes leave the workshops in Italy, you will be informed by our customer service.

Are Cabeceo deliveries possible worldwide?

Yes, we deliver to all countries but the price of delivery may vary.

What are the available shipping methods?

Your order will be shipped either by TNT for Italy or by Fedex for other countries.

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Yes, the price does not include additional customs duties and taxes.

You will be contacted by Fedex to inform you of the customs charges.

What is your return policy ?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The shoe must never have been worn, and the sole must be intact.

What is your exchange policy?

Option 1: The pair of shoes is returned intact to the showroom. After receiving the pair, you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Option 2: We can replace the pair of shoes with an identical pair or another pair of a similar amount.

How to make my return?

  1. Contact Customer Service via our Contact form "Return Product" object. Specify your numberro from ordered.
  2. Cabeceo will send you your return label by email.
  3. Paste thelabel on the package.
  4. Drop off your package at a relay point.
  5. You will receive a notification once the package has been received.

Provided that the return conditions specified in the Terms of sales are met, Cabeceo will cover the return costs and make the refund upon receipt of the product.
